In this version Encrypted password in login page doesn't work after registration.

I've tested against Mysql Database and if you select in user login settings "Encryp Passwords"

the password you enter is encrypted BUT when you tray to login, the login fails.
Obviously, the same project works in 3.0
Another minor Bug, is that in registration page the password fild is set up as "text" field and not as "password" field. (You have to change it by hand)

Hello Jane, I have a similar problem and wonder is this is due to a change in one of the builds. I am now using the latest build.

I migrated a project from 3.0 to 3.1, I was using the "Encrypt passwords" option.

Now all of a sudden users can no longer login and when password reminders are sent they seem to be encrypted ???

Any thoughts?

Andre,
make sure the "Encrypt passwords" option is enabled in your new project.
If this doesn't help please zip and send to support@xlinesoft.com a full set of generated files along with your project directory contents and a database creation script.

I'll find what's wrong with your project running it on my test box.
