I found this on internet and my pc runs way faster than before.
Press windows key and R, then type msconfig and click OK.
Navigate to Boot tab an click Advanced options.
In Boot Advanced Options tick the Number og processors option and select the last option (bigest number of processors). Click Ok button.
When prompted Restart and that's it.
PHPRunner 10.91 runs faster but PHPRunner 11 is blazing fast.
