Version 11 update.

This update applies to both single developer and multi-developer editions of the software. If you use MultiDev edition of PHPRunner or ASPRunner.NET, we recommend reinstalling both server and client parts.

• added support for busines templates;
• added human-readable 'id' attribute to custom buttons for legacy code compatibility;
• fixed file upload control - max number of files, reset and delete;
• fixed column sorting on Dynamic permissions - Assign users to groups page;
• dependent dropdowns with multiple selection enabled - fixed initial loading on Edit page;
• fixed vertical alignment on View page for separated labels and values;
• added 'Change form' buttons to section items;
• added 'Label editor' button to button labels on Designer screen;
