import page pre selection

Hi,
in the import page is there a way to set checked column headers in line (with relative line number) and skip first x lines (with specified number of lines to skip eg 3)?

is it possible to insert a message in the end import page?
how can I insert a code to be executed after clicking the "Back to List" button?
