I'm compiling and I'm getting this error, can anyone help me with this?

include\MVCFunctions.cs(5575,57): error CS0103: The name 'SecuritySettings_class' does not exist in the current context [C:\XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX\output\proj1.csproj]

My contracted version is ASPRUNNER 10.4 and I am testing version 10.9, but it has this error.
