V11 Read database

I normally use 2 computers (at different times, not typing on two keyboards), a desktop and a laptop, in V10.91 it was easy enough to sync the data for projects & databases between both computers, I would like to do this with V11. I have a couple of questions to save me a bit of time and help me on the right path.

As I understand the data is now stored in a postgres database, what's the local path for this in windows?

Do I need username and password to access the database using a 3rd party client such as heidi for example?

If I do need the credentials, what are they?

Thanks for the credentials, that does help me to connect which is only while PHPRunner is running, Is there a timeline on when the projects can be stored in a database of our choice?

Is the DB stored at this point? C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\PHPRunner11\app-11.0.14\resources\postgres, some SQL files but can't find much else.

or at this location where I have found?
C:\Users\micro\AppData\Roaming\phprunner, I'm not up on how PostgreSql works, I believe the one I'm currently using is data8, what are data2 and data5, are they leftover from earlier versions of phprunner and data 8 is the current DB the open version of PHPRunner is using?
