If a radio button selection (1) is selected on an edit screen, update 3 others

Hi All,

I have 4 radio controls on a form with multiple options for each.

If option 1 is selected on radio button 1, I would like the other 3 radio buttons to also be set to '1'.

Can anyone please help with the code?
