ASP Error Happened

ASP error happened
Error number -2147319779
Error description 006~ASP 0177~Server.CreateObject Failed~Library not registered.
Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? It just started happening today after running great for the past year or so.

Technical information

Error number -2147319779

Error description 006~ASP 0177~Server.CreateObject Failed~Library not registered.

URL /departments/HR/TimeOffRequest/reports/payroll/TOR_Payroll_edit.asp
When I click on "More info on this error" - it brings me to the xlinesoft support site.
The page is a report grid and I get this error when I click on "edit" on any of the line items.

please zip and send to support@xlinesoft.com a full set of generated ASP files along with your database or database creation script.

I'll find what's wrong with your project running it on my test box.
