I need help to know how I can use ckeditor 5 in phprunner 10.9

On their website they say:
CKEditor 4 End-of-Life
is scheduled for June 2023
No more updates, security patches and bug fixes, or new
features will be available beyond June 30, 2023.

extract the zip file to C:\Program Files\PHPRunner10.9\source\plugins

Unfortunately, CKEditor 5 comes with a restrictive license that doesn't allow us to include it with PHPRunner. Personally, I recommend using TinyMCE for this specific reason.
