"User profile" not needed with Ad login - need to disable

With Ad login, there are no editable fields by default in the user profile, making it useless and confusing to users. It would be nice to be able to tick a box to disable it on all pages. Better yet, if the user menu was global rather than page specific (or a combination of both) we could easily add or remove items from the menu without having to go through every page in the app and then remembering to do it again for new pages.

I use AD with dynamic permissions all the time and I do not see the user profile link. Now I am wondering why? Not that I need it, but just curious.

Very odd, Jerry! Now I'm wondering if there might be a setting I ticked by mistake. A quick search didn;t find anything. Hopefully someone else will have more info.

I just checked an app that uses database usernames and passwords. There I see the profile link - and I see the page from the designer tab > common pages.

On my AD with dynamic permissions I do not see the profile link - nor do I see the page on the designer tab > common pages.
