freewebapps corrupter ZIP file while download

Hi all,

I'm trying to download some example from https://xlinesoft.com/freewebapps/ but any download I try, download stops before ending or ZIP file is corrupted.
I've tried from different computers using different networks.

Only common aspect in my computers is AV software (Trend Micro Ent.) but there is no evidence in the log AV is blocking any of the xlinesoft ZIP I tried to download.
Downloading from any other web site is working fine.

Am I the only one having such problem?
