Export pictures to Excel

Hi all,

I'm using PHPRunner 10.9 and I am trying to export pictures into Excel. I know this can be done, but all that I get is an Excel list with the hard link to the picture. It doesn't matter if I use a direct file link or the link to a webserver containing the picture. In Excel (and Word also) it looks like this:

Instead of the picture. What am I missing or doing wrong? Any suggestions?
