Send an Email

Hi, I would like to know how I could send by mail the contents of all "fields" (after that they are filled) of my form to a specific mail "account". I would like to specify that the form has not the page of "User login settings" for the users, because I don't need it. How I can do this in "Table" events by the action "send a simple mail" ? Or exists another solution ? Thank you very much and sorry for my english. I'm working on Windows 2003 Server and the Default SMTP Server is just started. Thank you again.
