How to change menu type in "admin rights list.php" page?

I've tried selecting the main menu from the designer step, I've also tried to replace it with a secondary menu, but the menu that appears on the rights list admin page always has 3 menus, namely:

  • Permissions
  • Assign users to groups
  • Add/Edit users

How do I change the menu on the admin page?

Just wanted to say that this is not possible. We will add this possibility in version 10.9 where you will be completely customize the menu using events.
