Blank screen

Hi,
We have currently installed PHPRunner for evaluation, but the farthest we got is a blank screen when browsing to "http://localhost:80/PHPRunner/index.htm"'>http://localhost:80/PHPRunner/index.htm".
I explain myself:
We created a new project based on a single SQL Server table.
We used the default website/virtual directory (C:\Program Files\PHPRunner\Output), and default website URL (http://localhost:80/PHPRunner/index.htm) proposed by phpRunner.
On the last phase when clicking on "View in browser", IE browser opens and displays a blank page.
Actualy phpRunner created an empty file named index.htm. Why?
We use IIS.
We would appreciate any help in trying to make this software work.
