In my project I add Document manager templete and Chat Templaete, The Issue is I could not create New Chat the Link Not working it is redirect to void(0)

Note: I'm using Document manager templete login table

Nothing is wrong with this code, you can see Add_Channel() function that does the job. Check for Javascript errors if any.
