How to change/remove the background colour of a selected/highlighted row? |

Hi, I would like to change/remove the background colour of a selected/highlighted row, for one list page only. Only one record is shown (after a search) and the light yellow background is unnecessary and distracting in this instance. Thanks for any help Peter |

Just to add, this is when the details are selected from a row record, the row becomes highlighted. |
