Login Demo Page loads normally. I am using username/passwords stored in Database. Can this be the problem?

It shouldn't be a problem till you use Oracle database.

Could you please send me url of your web app for checking?
PS: Try to use codebehind option when generate your project. (You can choose it in ASPRunner.NET wizard, at step 12)
