Hide control or checkbox on master page if details(child) have unchecked field

I have a Master-child table. in child table i have a field called "ack" its a checkbox .
I am looking for a way to hide a Master page element (checkbox for final closure) if any "ack" in child record has null or 0 value (unchecked).

I am not into coding so pls help me in simple way.

You need to understand that this is a coding task. Someone needs to write the code to make it happen, be that you or someone else you hire.

Yes you are right, I am looking for every type of help even if someone wants to code this for me i am willing to hire but unfortunatly this looks very small task for them and no one showed interest in it. thats why i am looking for help on every plateform.
