Sometimes a file doesn't download fully the first time and no matter how often you download it after that it using the same name it still won't work. (I am sure there is an explanation for it but I don't know it.) This could be your problem. Try to change the name when you are saving the downloaded file. If this doesn't work and there is no better solution, get someone else to download it for you and copy. |
