utf8mb4 on listing page

All well and good, but how do you run it on a phprunner listing program.

It works on the listing page but it doesn't work on the view page

Fernando knows better but it should work the same way on the View page. AfterAppInit event is executed in the beginning of every single page load so that code will run on the View page as well.
