In the "designer" tab, can I find the "align to center" function

in the designer tab click on a cell and on the right side you see Align:
and choose there center.

I know this function, however, it has a drawback that if there is a text in the cell in front of or behind that wraps, which increases the size of the cell, then this function centers the inscription but upwards and not inside

It is a bit difficult to understand what doesn't work as expected with centering. Maybe you can post some screenshots that explain this issue.
