Search Panel Option Default change

I am wanting to change the default from ALL CONDITIONS to ANY CONDITION.
Is this possible. I have looked all over for some way to accomplish this.

You might have already resolved it but here is what I see in ASPRunner

Search and Filter Settings -> field options -> search options -> default option
