WordPress Template Database Connection

There seems to be no category for this template.

I am hosting on a provider designed for WaaS businesses. I do not have access to the database credentials.

Can the Template leverage the settings in wp-config (which are getenvs) or do I need to provide server, user, pass, dbname, as usual?

The first case would allow me to use the template on my platform.
