Upload problem when using XAMPP

I am using XAMPP and when i use the upload function it gives a error and does not even load the page .when I change it to a basic upload it works however I need to upload multiple files to that record.

conclusion
upload gives error
basic upload works

Which browser are you using? Can you try and alternative one?

Hi Mate Still the same used Chrome and Edge
If i use godaddy hosting it works it is only with Xampp that i have thi issue
