PDF Filename not changing

I have a PDF export on a page and would like to change the filename to the name of the user and the date. On the "Print" tab of Designer I have changed the "PDF Filename" but when I try to print to PDF, it still shows the original file name. Any ideas what I might be doing wrong?

I guess this is something that can be only resolved by sending us your project. I recommend posting it to Demo Account and contacting support directly.
