All fields search - Find all words / any word.

When developing some projects, I have found that in the field "All fields search" when writing several words, in some projects it searches the rows that contain all the words

and in others it searches the rows that contain any of the words.

I have not found the reason for this behavior. Is there a way to force the search to always search for all the words that are typed?

I am using PHPRunner 10.5b37167.

Sorry, when I say that I want to find all the words, I mean that I want to find all the words written in the indicated order and without the need to write quotes.
