• masked input in text fields didn't work on Android phones;
• fixed appearance issues with datepicker control in Dialog API;
• fixed 'prevent duplicate values' feature in the spreadsheet mode;
• fixed SQL view issues when used as lookup table;
• fixed a few small PDF generation problems;
• details on the Edit page didn't work well when in spreadsheet mode;
