restrict date select to 14 day range

I need to allow my users to enter a date that is up to 7 days in the past or 7 days in the future from current date. I see how I can restrict the drop down to certain YEARS - but, I need to restrict it to certain DAYS.
For example if today is March 10 then they can pick a date from March 3 to March 17.
