Errors in Login Page?

Hello,
Status: Complete Newbie beginner with PHPRunner.
Objective: To create a User (members) login and management system.
Ability: Moderate MySQL, Limited PHP. No PHPRunner.
Problem:
When I try to create a new user at the registration.php screen with an email address which already exists I get a warning message, which is fine.
I also get errors appearing at the top of the page beginning with "Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach()....." and then the entire address of the file location on my hosting server.
I am seeing this reaction alot with PHPRunner and wondered if there is a particular reason for it?

Actually, as an additional bit of information, this is all a little familiar. I think I have seen something similar that was caused by a clash in the MySQL version in use on the server. Is PHPRunner relying on a particular version of MySQL?
