The page to change the user's password always redirects to the login page. What could be happening?

Registered in 2007 and asked the first question in 2020. This is what I call patience!
Proceed to the SQL Query screen of the login table and make sure that fields reset_date and reset_token are added to the SQL query.

Even with reset_date and reset_token working, it always redirects to the login page. I'm using version 36354.
