- added Reorder grid rows feature to the List page settings;
- Dialog API improvements - date controls, datepicker, required fields;
- Active Directory + dynamic permissions did not work when granted to a username as opposed to group;
- Page Designer - improved Welcome page item properties, added 'Open in popup' option;
- added support for UTF-16 to Import from CSV;
- non-default Login and Register pages did not show up;
- .NET didn't work properly on Turkish servers;
- fixed grid striped coloring for grids with multiple rows per record;
- added new option to the Inline Add - add records to the top or to the bottom of the grid;
- .NET improved description of the BeforeConnect event;
