The functionality to connect to different Server database connection is awesome.
Will be nice to specify the Output folder based on the Server database connection.
For example:

Server database connection : default

Output folder : C:\PHPRunnerProjects\Project1\output

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Server database connection : Test

Output folder : \\Server\testers\PHPRunnerProjects\Project1\build201215
When we choose the Server database connection drop-down the output folder will change too.

We are unlikely to implement this. Having multiple output folders may create confusion and will increase the chance of user error.
