Hello,
I'm having a problem with the [size="2"]Lookup wizard using the [/size][size="2"]"List of values" option. Using the wizard in database table mode is working fine.[/size]

The issue is the lookup combo box is not displayed on the Add/Edit form at runtime. Please investigate.
I am using the Enterprise version 10.5 (Build 36118 x64)

It was fixed in later builds, simply re-download and re-install.
