How to clear a field content on Add New Page Before Display

Hi All,
I need help to clear a field on my Add New Page. I don't know why on my Add New page, the Email field is defaulted to my login email. I did not assign any value to that field since it's an ADD NEW Page.

Two possibilities here

  1. Check the default value of this field
  2. If you use Advanced Security option 'Users can see and edit their own data only' where email is selected as an OwnerID field - you will see the behavior like this.
