I have a project written with PHPR 10.2, updated to 10.3, updated to 10.4
Signature Pad has stopped working. I'm not sure at what stage, but the edit page loads older signature, but new ones are blank.

I have narrowed it down to the png not being saved fully/correctly. It will save the background image.

I can set the background color to "#ffffff" and get a white png image when I check the file on disk.

and if I copy an existing previous image field into the table, it will display that ok.
Its not the size of the field in the table which is set to medium text.

Its not a disk write error as it fails on the windows development machine as well as on the linux server.
It appears than the actual signature is not being saved, though it draws perfectly at the time of signing.

When re-loading the edit/ view it shows nothing.
View as Image is set correctly.

I'm completely baffled.
Has anyone any idea what this could be. ?

I'm running in to the same problem. The signature image is saved to the files directory and to the database but won't render when the record is saved. Worked up until the latest version.

Actually, just verified, it is just the background that is being saved to disk, without the signature.

I've just tested with the latest build of 10.3 - that failed too
It only saves the background, it doesn't save the signature.

You'll need to contact support. Sergey sent a google drive download link, which is a replacement for the javascript library

Failing that I should still have the zip download. But contact support first.
