Add New Bootstrap Themes to ASPRunner.NET 10.3

I'm interested in using the bootstrap live customizer to create different bootstrap templates. I followed this thread but my new template does not show up in my "Themes."
These are the steps I followed:

1. Customize template using "Bootstrap Live Customizer."
   
2. Download bootstrap.min.css and variables.less (bootstrap.min.css downloads as theme.min.css).
   
3. Rename theme.min.css to bootstrap-theme.min.css
   
4. Proceed to location containing ASPRunner.Net styles. For me it was C:\Program Files\ASPRunnerNET10.3\styles\bootstrap.
   
5. Copy any of the theme folders
   
6. Rename folder to the name of your customized theme.
   
7. Replace bootstrap-theme.min.css with the one downloaded.
   
8. Run ASPRunner.NET
   

Am I missing something? Has the method changed for 10.3?
