Hi,
Can you please let me know if this can be achieved using phprunner?

  1. Admin area menu - horizontal
  2. Member area menu - vertical
    I really don't know where to start (I don't blame the documentation this time <img src='https://asprunner.com/forums/file.php?topicimage=1&fieldname=question&id=26945&image=1&table=forumtopics' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' /> ).

In fact it is very possible.
Add & design the menu in Menu Editor
Change the menu field in the pages you want to use a different menu.
