I'm trying to inject this cool functionality into my page with ASPRunner. There's a javascript function that needed to be inserted and I think that is what I throwing me off.
The example I am looking at is here: https://www.w3schools.com/howto/howto_js_navbar_sticky.asp

In the Page Designer on the List page choose 'Top menu' layout and then check off 'Fixed top bar'.

Thanks! I'm still on v.9.8 so I suppose there's no way in this version. Seems like a good reason to upgrade.

Yes, this is only available in 10.x. There are hundreds of features like this that are not available in 9.8.
