Plugin for Wordpress

I would like to see a WordPress plugin that allows for the wordpress core to process created forms and keep a session. For example, when I create a form in PHPRunner, I place that form inside a folder that I created in WordPress called wp-forms. Since this folder isn't part of the wordpress core, I can't restrict users from typing in a URL and accessing said form. The way I currently get around is is to put a username and password on the form. This seems redundant since I require a user to log into wordpress.
Just would be a 'nice to have'.

This would be great if the plug-in were still available. It's been closed due to a guideline violation. Is there an alternative plugin that I can use instead of embed-iframe?

I'm sure there are dozens of them available:
