Before audit log event

First of all you need an audit table that you create in the Locking and Audit section of the security tab.
The Before audit Log is a Global event, so once you have the audit table set up, you'll find the event at the bottom of the list of events.

Thank you Joe! I did have auditing set up, but somehow I missed the event at the bottom of the list. I was expecting to see it under each table/page, but it makes sense that it's a global event.
