Adding Element to all pages (v10.x)

I need to add a specific element to all pages and unfortunately placing the data in the header does not render well. Is there a method the template .LY file to add an element to the Top Bar ?

For example:

  • attempting to adding dummytable_snippet to all list pages in the project.

It either needs to be a header file or you need to add it to all pages manually. PHPRunner allows to reuse code snippets meaning you can insert the same snippet into all pages and code changes will be applied to all pages at once.
