 How can we make button contains group of buttons and details link in the grid

How to make a number of buttons and detail links into a single button that can be expanded/collapsed so that no need much space for button and individual details link in the grid table. It similar with search panel button or filter panel that expandable/collapsable.

It is possible in V10. In Page Designer Insert->Custom button->New Dropdown. Then drag and drop other buttons to this dropdown.
