different hyperlink for each record???

Does anyone know if it is possible to have a different hyperlink for each record in a report? <img src='https://asprunner.com/forums/file.php?topicimage=1&fieldname=question&id=2529&image=1&table=forumtopics' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':unsure:' />
Here are my requirements:

1. ASP report generated for Initiative Status Reporting
   
2. Each initiative will have 1 status report (Excel)
   
3. Is there a way to have each record returned link to a different Excel spreadsheet?
   If this is possible, can someone let me know the best solution?
