Hi I would like to have ideas why it does not work, because the other departments work very well there are 4 out of 10 that do not work.

in the first case by making the choice of the department all the other information works, but by choosing another one it does not work. i try to reset the page always the same problem how can you help me in this way. thank you already.

You may check this first:
Check your lookup table "Type Institution".

Check the "Departement" field and the "Type institution" field within this table.

You may have no corresponding value for the field "type institution" where the corresponding "Departement" field = Sud-Est.

so far I can not get the solution I can not understand how the other table works and there are 3 others that do not work and it's the same step for all the other tables.

My last guess : are the field types of your other tables equal to the field type set in the lookup table ?

of course because all the tables are the same no differences in them. and it happens that 7 works properly and the other 3 do not work.

so far I can not fix the other 3 tables for drowpdown dependent, Mr PDG can you help me plz.

finally I could find the reason why the other 3 tables do not work, just put apostrophe (') exp: (Nord'Est, Sud'Est.... )in the database. thank you for your suggestions.
