mysql innodb - slow query during simple search

mysql 5.7 (innodb)

phprunner 6.1 and 8.1
no of records: 10,000,000
we are using ISAM and searching is very fast. after switched to INNOBD, searching is extremely slow.
pls advise.

You need to figure out what query runs slow and add required indexes.
