How to add Slide Show in PHPRunner 9.6

Hi Guys, I am trying to add a simple standard slideshow from http://slidesjs.com/examples/standard/'>http://slidesjs.com/examples/standard/. Can someone help me where to place the .js files in which folder and how to call the script. I have gone through this for almost 2 days from all over the internet and I can't get it to work. I just need some pointers from any expert here.
I have downloaded the zip files from http://slidesjs.com/ and it contains the below 3 files. I have no idea where to place these 3 files to make it to work. I wish there is a tutorial or a step by step example in the PHPRunner help file.

1. jquery.slides.coffee
   
2. jquery.slides.js
   
3. jquery.slides.min.js
