Adding records doesn't save date fields

When creating a new record the date fields don't save accross. But when I edit the record it does.
I get this error in IE

Have fixed the error but it still wont save dates.

Adam,
it seems that you modify the code. In this case you should debug the code on your own.

Otherwise please zip and send generated PHP files to [email=support@xlinesoft.com]support@xlinesoft.com[/email] with your sample database for investigation.
