parse error, unexpected T_VARIABLE in ... register.php on line 31

Hello group,

I have a database website currently working created with the previous PHP Runner V2.0

I thought I would try to add a couple features with 3.0 and I keep getting the same error.

I currently have build 86 and get the following error.

Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_VARIABLE in /var/www/html/aresbeta/regestered/register.php on line 31
I don't know what to fix...
