Missing text / Font during printing

Hi all,
I would like to know how to troubleshoot Missing text during printing view page in chrome.

My Client can not print like their monitor to His Epson LX / Dot Matrix. The result of his Font is bigger.
I've tested my application in my laptop to his printer, and oke no trouble font (same like what print preview).

Ask your client to try another browser for instance or another computer. If it works on your laptop with the same printer that means something is not right with their computer or their browser.
